They have the WORST customer service. It?s unbelievable, I am fed up!!! I go in every 2 weeks min and get the exact same thing!... One day they forget to add the caramel, next day it?s served like milkshake not like an ice cream. i went back so many timesasking for the caramel and they insisted it?s in it when it is not. They just keep talking and not fixing anything, even worsenot willing to fix anything. They are very rude. I almost never get what I paid for and it?s always a headache. Not going back.Today was it! Got charged 15 cents for a bag when my order of ice cream cones didn?t come in or need a bag. Also, mobile ordering that gives... me a pick up time doesn?t mean a whole lot when you show up on time and still have to ask them before they look you up and startmaking it. good place, same as other DQ places but really small area. better to do take outs than hangouts. as for DQ, the company is... hiking up the prices too much. the mini blizzard is like buying a medium before. see pic, i have asian hands and it's tiny butexpensive now even when they have the bogo deal for the summer. sadly i do think DQ is supposed to top off blizzards and notjust to the rim based on the Newwest and metro DQ i have gone to. maybe the person is new. in any case this is the only placenear metro that takes in the mobile deals. i will probably go back here again if ever i crave specifically blizzard. not sure ifi wana try their other savory food. they are trying too hard to expand what they are not good with. fries maybe but the restneh. Waited 40 minutes for 2 chicken strip meals and a kids meal and when I asked about my order they gave me attitude because they... gave it away to someone else.Then when I told them I didn?t get my order the guy tried to argue that I already got my order andshook his head and walked away. I had to ask multiple workers for help when finally the guy who took my order helped me and gotthem to start my order again. I was asked to wait another 7 minutes which I was fine with. then they didn?t even get it doneright away and we waited another 15 minutes Then the food was cold and stale when I finally got it. I was ok with the waitingbut don?t give me attitude because of your mess up. And at least try give me decent food instead of what was obviously old. Read more
Poutine was awesome. They served with vegetarian base gravy so it is halal. The milkshake was awesome, really smooth and tasty.... Didn?t like the cherry one but I loved the strawberry one. Read more
A decent neighbourhood Dairy Queen. They have tables outside where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream on a Summer day. Or just... sit and pass the time on a cold winter night. There's often a long wait for the food items, especially at lunchtime when they'rebusy, so be prepared. The restaurant is usually clean, but the customer washroom is accessed from a door outside of therestaurant, off of the parking lot, and it's kind of trashed. Read more
Worst experience ever! I was at the restaurant today (Nov 20) at about 7:45pm. The works were disrespectful, not listening to... the order, the cashier was dancing. I ordered a large and regular poutine but the cashier said get 2 regular since it is lessexpensive, wasn't really listening to what I wanted. Had me wait for 5 mins even though my order was ready because the cashierwas too busy dancing. I wouldn't have complained but I found hair in one of my poutines. I will never go here again.
