Don't order your birthday cakes from here. They don't have a system to track orders and allow anyone to take cakes from their... freezers. I ordered my daughter's birthday cake 3 weeks in advance and sent in a custom picture as the design. But on pickup dayI was informed it appears someone else picked up the cake already. They offered a discount on one of their generic design cakesbut I would much rather pay the full price and get what I ordered. Read more
I came in tonight and bought a skor blizzard with caramel and peanuts added, Everything was fine until I bit into a walnut. One... I did not ask for walnuts too I don?t even like the taste of walnuts. The storage and separation of these nuts need to be morecareful and your workers need to be more careful. Because had I been somebody who had an allergic reaction (like my mother) towalnuts the situation would?ve been a lot different. Read more

Wait times are much shorter than other locations and food is just as piping hot. Unfortunately, this branch always seems to... serve such runny and thin Blizzards... Even the young employees never seem to flip the Blizzards before handing them over as itwould instantly drip and fall from the cup. The franchisee/manager should really do something about the machines. Read more
The best place to buy good ice cream. I bought a ice cream (oreo) flavor and I took medium size and it was in the evening and I... have to say I did not eat anything that night... the quantity, quality and are excellent. Pretty decent meal for $8. Got coupons for cheeseburger combo ($6) and another for onion rings ($2). After, got $2 coupon for... dipped cone. Cashier pretty nice guy. Plenty of free neighborhood Street parking a couple blocks away from Fraser Street. Nottoo crowded here with plenty of seats for dining area. Oder a royal fudge blizzard and as shown in the pic the fudge goes to the bottom I asked for it to actually go to the bottom... this time and to spite me it seems they only put a tiny bit on the top and the rest had none super dissapointed won?t be goinghere again .
