Love this place! I?m a fussy coffee drinker (besides here I only drink Elysian) and this place makes an awesome Americano! And... the staff is the best?so friendly and personable! They actually make a connection with their patrons unlike many coffee shopsin Vancouver. Cinnamon buns are also yum with crispy edges and soft in the inside! Read more

Ordered a latte and two Italian paninis. The paninis did not contain any bocconcini cheese, olive oil, or balsamic vinegar,... despite being advertised in the description of the item. There was also barely any spinach or tomato (the only things actuallypresent in the sandwich), and it was not even cut in half all the way. The coffee was average, definitely not worth the price.Incredibly disappointing. Read more

Cool little place, staff super friendly. I enjoy coming here to grab a snack, my morning tea and hang out for a bit.

Dry, little to no toppings, overpriced, bland. Picture says it all. This is what nearly $10 gets you at this place.. a stale... piece of bread with 3 leaves of spinach and a slice of tomato. Just sad. Read more

Service is friendly. Coffee is alittle weak for my taste. Prefer my coffee strong, dark and bold. Cultured missed the target... for me. Coffee is good only if you?re in a pinch for a small caffeine hit. Read more

Café that has been opened for 10+ years, located on the upper level of City Square Shopping Centre (right above the escalators,... it?s hard to miss). They have a wide variety of coffees, cold drinks, pastries, sandwiches, soups and more. When I went, theyhad a combo deal going on for a free soup with any purchase of a sandwich and drink. Prices are quite reasonable as well.Currently only take-out or delivery. Friendly staff and quick service. My order: Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Ball ($3.70):highly recommend this one! It?s basically a large Reece cup in a ball shape. Dark chocolate coated peanut butter ball, withchunks of real peanuts sprinkled in as well. It?s surprisingly not too sweet, but it?s quite rich so I?d recommend getting justone for the perfect after meal dessert (or pack a few for the road). Frappe Caramello ($6+): subtle caramel flavour, but itisn?t too sweet overall and is a great iced drink to cool down on a hot day. Most drinks come in small, medium, or largesize. Frappe Mochalatto ($6+): It is more chocolate-y, so it?s perfect for people who don?t like strong coffee drinks. Slightlysweeter than the caramel frappe. Beef Sausage Roll ($3.70): flaky pastry dough, and they heat it up for you. Nice and fillingsnack. Turkey Panini (~$9): they heat this up on a panini grill for you. Comes with cheddar cheese, sundried tomato, pesto, spinach, and mayo on a house-made ciabatta bun. I like the sweet-tart flavour that the sundried tomato adds to the sandwich.Easy hot meal to take to-go. Macaroon Madness (~$3): I liked the oatmeal and coconut crumble on top, it adds a good texture andtaste. There?s also a caramel drizzle on top. It has a soft mushy texture, but was a bit too sweet for my personalpreference. Cinnamon Twist: house-made as well, with a nice caramelized crunchy cinnamon top. I microwaved it at home with abit of butter and it is very delicious. Read more

Inside City Square, nice local and down to earth coffee shop with good selection of teas and coffees, sweet and savoury. It is a... great location with a nice view, special on the Vancouver raining days, this place has so much light. Quick coffee or afternoonreading... love this location Read more
