I like going here cause it's convenient and the food is usually decent but it's such an inconsistent experience service-wide.... Sometimes the staff are super on it and sometimes, it seems when it's quietest, they're distracted and get things wrong. Twodifferent times I've gotten the tenders combo and they forget the biscuit, which is my fav past of the whole thing. It'sdisappointing when I get all the way home, excited to eat my meal and find a part of it missing. Oh, man, I thought I was done,but I just opened my gravy and it's super lumpy. So annoyed. Chicken was good and hot. But I asked for a combo and didn't want the drink because I don't drink pop and the worker gave me a... hard time. Telling me it comes with it, as if I have to drink the pop whether I want it or not. I used to come here pretty often but after the recent change in staff and management I don't intend to come back. Almost every... aspect of the returant has taken a steep decline in quality. The quality has gone WAY down since they switched staff or management recently. The Tex mex wraps are a mess when you receive... them falling apart, looks like everything was thrown at the wrap instead or placed in it where as they used to come neatlywrapped. The sauce is also wildly unbalanced now it used to be perfect now it?s just off. The chicken tenders have reduced insize and the sandwiches lack the toppings they used to. We used to go here all the time for the good quality and kind staff. Nowthe new staff seems to have an attitude or be distracted when taking your order. There is no more care put in the food and theitems lack the quality they used to have. All this change happened in the last 3 months or so. You?re better off going somewhereelse. We used to go here once or twice a week but after these past visits and the service/deterioration of the food we will begoing else where. Read more
Food was super tasty! Bit of a wait but we told the manager we were trying to make it to the ferry in time and he was super... helpful and threw in an extra chicken tender. Restaurant itself was nothing fancy but it was clean. Read more
Staff were friendly. But, food was not up to its usual standards. Chicken was soggy, not crispy, and barely warm. Order was... supposed to be all spicy but only 1 piece was spicy, the rest was plain. Pretty disappointing overall. Read more
I have lived in the neighbourhood for 15 years and Churches Chicken was a great place to fill the fried chicken craving when it... struck. It appears to have changed hands recently and it shows. The chicken used to have a perfectly seasoned coating that waswell-balanced between crispy skin goodness and hot, juicy chicken. I don?t know what they?ve done, but now the coating is superthick, lacking in flavour, and overwhelms the chicken?so thick that the inside of the coating was undercooked, doughy and chewy.Very unappetizing. I tried to feed a small piece of the ?skin? to our dog. I swear I could see him rethinking his life choicesas he struggled to chew it. I went to this location and order 3pcs chicken combo. I was first surprised when they give me 4pcs chicken but when I ate it... only 1 was fresh. The rest was like a day old or so. The meat is darkish and dry. Kinda smelly near the bones. Now I have a badstomach and diarrhea. Compromising other peoples health for the sake of money. Garbage branch.
