this location will give you diabetes! we ordered roasted milk tea 100% sugar but tasted like double the sugar. we usually order... it like on any other location, and we were never disappointed. but this location makes it undrinkable! bad customer service too!the guy working was very unaccomodating and won't even consider listening to the concern. what a horrendous experience! I think this is a new owner. I received disgusting attitude from the workers and my drink was unbearably sweet- it was almost... undrinkable. It tasted like 150% when I ordered 50%. I have been drinking bubble tea my entire life and never had a badexperience until this one. To me, it seems like the workers hate their jobs and have 0 accountability. They are the type to spitin your drink if you displease them. Save yourself some time and don't come here, or go to Coco to get better bubble tea. Read more
I never write reviews, but I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I personally love Chatime, but the service/quality of... this location was horrendous. I ordered a drink with 50% sugar and it tasted like 120%- it was undrinkable. I talked to theowners to see if there was any miscommunication because it happens- there wasn't. I received attitude, and was told I shouldhave ordered 0% sugar if I wanted it any less sweet (mind you, my go-to is 70% sugar for bubble tea). As I walked off with myboyfriend, the owners began insulting us in chinese, which both my boyfriend and I understood. It seems other low reviewersalso had the experience of poor service/unbearable sweet drinks. To top it off, there was a Caucasian couple who was new tobubble tea (they told the worker this). Instead of giving recommendations, the owner sternly repeated "I'm asking what sugarwhat ice" when the couple said they were unsure, and wanted the 'regular' levels. She asked at least 5 times before the couplewas clearly fed up and chose 100% (their drink was probably undrinkable and they will never try bubble tea again). The locationalso looked run down, with cardboard boxes, bikes, and other orange-yellow caution equipment wrapped around facility garbagethat should have been out of customer sight. My boyfriend used to frequent and told me the location used to be beautiful. Maybethey have switched owners but the place is going to be run to the ground if the workers don't get off their high horse. Thislocation reflects a horrible image for the Chatime franchise. Agree with the previous reviews, their grass jelly roasted milk tea was too sweet. I ordered a 30% sugar roasted milk tea, but... it tasted like 100% sugar. When I asked them why it tasted like full sugar, they said their store is not like other Chatimestores and that’s what their 30% sugar tastes like. I’ve order the same bbt from other Chatime stores so many times before,and none of them tastes as bad as this one. No wonder why they’ve got so many bad reviews, and their attitude was also veryvery bad. The staff just walked away when I said “thank you” and smiled. Both attitude and bbt itself are very bad. We ordered three and they messed up 2 of the drinks. No pearls in pearl milk tea? And... they gave us a small size instead of large one that we ordered. 30% is too sweet that I had to come home and put milk into thebbt to be able to drink it. Read more
Nov 16, 2021 @ 3pm I normally never write any reviews but this roasted milk tea 50% sugar less ice tasted like 120% sugar and... made me super upset. Drinking this felt like it would kill me with how sugary this tasted. I called the store asking them whywas it this sweet as in the past (in the summer) 50% sugar was not this sweet. I was simply told that they follow the recipe. Tome, it feels like the staff won't admit their mistake as this was for sure NOT 50% sugar, but instead 100% sugar.. I had to gohome to dilute this with milk/water so it won't be as sweet. Extremely disappointed. Never coming back. Horrible customerservice too. NEVER COME TO THIS CHATIME LOCATION. I attempted to order four large taro smoothies. When I asked for honey instead of sugar. I was informed they do not do that at... this location. And this location is not managed by chat time. I asked do they have honey. They answered they do have honey. Butthey will not put honey in the four large taro smoothies that I ordered. Read more
