There's something about this particular branch of Chatime. You can say your ice and sugar levels but it all comes out the same.... Mediocre at best. If you ask any questions, you won't get the right answer. Also, if you bring your own cup, make sure you makeit super obvious before you pay. They constantly add on that $0.25 cup fee without even trying to see you have a cup in yourhands. Read more
Pretty yummy bubble tea as always from Chatime, AKA the OG, Grass Jelly Roasted Oat Milk Tea with Pudding is great value for... money and a dope refreshing dessert for a warm summers afternoon in Van! First time at this location, a nice chilled out, laidback and cosy vibed joint with plenty of seating. Staff initially made our order wrong, I was quite displeased being dairyintolerant and making the order pretty clear. Nonetheless, a nice BBT bar with minimalistic and comfy decor. Chatime is awesomethat it offers both a good rewards scheme and plant-based milk alternatives which keeps me a regular visitor. Don't forget tosignup for the rewards to save on them slurps! Also, please try bring your own straws and cups so we can reduce single useplastics to save our beautiful earth and save money whilst doing so! Read more
Decent bubble tea place. I went here with a group of friends and some of us were given the largest size drink, even if we didn't... want it. They automatically charge you for the largest size and give you the largest size if you don't specify you want asmaller size, which is my only complaint. It wasn't even busy, and the workers clearly had time to ask us for the size beforecharging us the largest one. Read more

Love the drinks here! The grass jelly is made in house and it's fantastic. Love that they give you the sugar and ice level... options. While they got on board with the brown sugar pearls with milk hype, I don't think it's better than its signature pearlmilk tea. Tried it at a few different places now and was disappointed with all of them, but don't let that deter you from cominghere for their wide selection of other drinks! Read more
Always enjoy Chatime of Roasted Milk Tea, 30% sugar, less ice, half pearls with half grass jelly. Download the apps to start... collecting free regular size drinks. I've done pre-orders of 5-6 drinks in advance by phone. So far they haven't gotten myorder wrong but challenging at times to order via phone. Half the time it's too loud in the background for the staff to hearwhat I'm ordering... the other half of the time I can't hear what the staff is saying because it's so loud in thebackground..... I really like this location. Easy to find parking. Only thing is the inside seems a bit run down. Same with the quality in the... drinks. It was not the same Chatime I?m used to. It didn?t seem the same but we only had two drinks. One was better than theother so perhaps the consistency is not the same.
