Korean owner is so cheap that all the drinks are watered down and not filled to the top. The pearls were undercooked too. Clowns... running this store, go to another Chatime for better drinks. Read more
The boba place is mediocre. Not as good as the ones in Toronto. I come here often as I live very near to this shop. I have got... diarrhea multiple times after drinking their products. The service is very good. The staffs are very efficient but still very nice and gentle, which doesn't make me feel rushing at... all. Was served in ab 3 mins after ordering even though the line was quite long. The atmostphere is great for relaxing,grouping, or studying. Read more
Great place to hang out near Langara College. This is an huge franchise which has been around for years. They have a big... selection, and also regularly introduce new innovative drinks. The white peach green tea is super yummy with the white pearls. The location is in a weird little and hidden little spot but... there's a bunch of street parking. I don't usually have chatime but it's always just as good as any of the other bubble teashops I go to. Read more
Credit where it's due, this is the best customer service I have received from Chatime and the nicest joint in terms of upkeep... and cleanliness. I feel like Chatime have all the tools such as the loyalty rewards scheme as well as offering the Earth's Ownbarista style Oat milk alternative to make themselves stand out from the other Bubble tea chains on the West Coast. However,although the staff were super friendly and approachable, each time I visit any branch the drinks are just pretty gross andtasteless (comparing the same type of drinks at other joints with the same sugar and ice levels). I actually ended up preferringmy friends Jasmine Jade Milk Tea with Oat Milk and Grass Jelly, rather than my own Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and Grass Jelly..the matcha tastes a very poor grade or weak and had no real flavour which was really disappointing. I even make my own Matchalattes at home with zero sugar and plant-based milk which has so much of a bolder flavor than my experience here.. maybe itworks better with the dairy-free powdered creamer in roasted milk tea. I'm just kind of put off going to Chatime as this isn'tmy first disappointing experience with the taste of the drinks. Read more
Cambie branch. This was happened for twice now. I ordered or called them for pick- up but as soon as I get my order I still need... to wait for my order because that's the time they will do your order. You need to pay first and wait. Poor service! Read more
