super disappointing. 1-was told that the pumpkin spice drinks were ?discontinued? even tho the signs of them promoting it was at... the door and the counters.. like how? fall JUST started. 2-ordered 2 drinks and one was made wrong. was asking if they couldswitch out the milk tea for roasted milk tea in their Espresso milk tea, the cashier told me no substitutes. alright then i toldher i?ll get the regular milk tea w it then(since they can?t do roasted milk tea.) but she proceeded to give me the Regular milktea without the espresso??? that was literally the whole point of my drink but they took it out???? 3- also ordered the matchared bean smoothie. it used to be decent but it was just SOOO bland today. a LOT of ice and matcha powder blended for $8 was notit. not even sweet either.. basically wasted $17 on stuff i didn?t even ask for, and a watery ?smoothie?. don?t come to thislocation. Disappointing chatime branch that I have been too so far. Went here on September 25, 2022 during the afternoon. A girl trainee... charged me full price for a brown rice green milk tea with sago when I told her I'll get the one with no toppings instead.Originally, I did want the sago, but she told me that they didn't have it at that moment. I asked if I could get the brown sugarpearl as a substitute, but the trainee said, they are not allowed to do that. After confirming with other Chatime branches, theytold me that there is a category for only the brown rice green milk tea itself where I won't have to pay for the topping if Ididn't want too. However, on this branch, I was still charged full price on something that I didn't even get. There was anothergirl worker at that time who the trainee kept asking question too, but she wasn't even attentive. Seems like the trainee was notgetting the right procedures of her training. Pretty bad. Customer service is awful, a girl who takes the orders was not friendly and not polite, and didn?t offer a... substitution for sold-out drinks. Also, was quite rude and even didn't say ?thank you?. Drinks are also bad. I ordered JasmineMilk Tea and Grape Escape - feels like water, with no taste of grapes or green tea. Ordered for our office for about 10 people. Most of us ordered large sizes but got all mediums. Looks like they have changes... their sizes. None of us are going to order from them anymore until they go back to their old sizes. very disappointed Read more
Pretty sweet BBT! I love Chatime, a great franchise with super yummy drinks menu with plenty of variety and the best part is... they offer diary free milk alternatives! (Oat at this store) Very friendly staff here with great efficient service. As always, anice cozy joint with modern, clean and minimalistic aesthetics and furniture. I think surely this long after COVID, they shouldbe looking to allow indoor seating now surely? I got a Matcha Smoothie with Sago and Passion Fruit Jelly, discovered my newgo-to topping in Sago, super yum! My only request for Chatime would be to start offering Red Bean toppings as I always getmatcha and Red Bean is the ultimate one-two punch to my matcha fix! Read more
I don?t usually come to this location on a regular basis but for the times I do come here, the drinks do seem to be a little bit... inconsistent. I guess it depends on who?s working that particular day. Nonetheless, their roasted milk tea is my favorite and byfar the best drink on the menu. You can customize the ice and sugar levels to suit your own taste as well! Service is prettystandard. Though, it?s a shame that people had bad experiences here. Read more
Chatime seems to be popping up everywhere! This location is quieter, I logged that because we got our drink orders a lot... quicker. Decent bubble tea, I think the reason people like this chain is because of the customization. You get to choose howsweet and how much ice you want in your drink! Read more
Had an issue with my order on the app but it worked in my favour. Staff was accommodating. No parking on the street so I parked... for a quarter on 8th and walked a block up and over. Not ideal but not Chatimes fault. Read more
