The best pho in town, soup base is rich in aroma and full of herbs favors. Beef are tender and tasty. Pho?s texture is just... right. Love it, top notch! Fried chicken rice is super crispy and juicy. Lemongrass grill chicken rice is very aromatic andtender. Read more

Despite the sandwich being a 5/5, I'm giving the restaurant a 3 star rating because the guy at the cash that was also in charge... of preparing the sandwich touched my coins and didn't change his gloves when making my sandwich.. touching the bread, grabbingthe ingredients from the bins and placing them. Gross and so unsanitary. There was a man behind me too about to order, this isjust not acceptable business practice in the food industry. All of those fresh ingredients are contaminated. About the food: Areally nice quality and tasty sandwich?all the ingredients were fresh and they complimented each other so nicely. The bread wasalso very good?warm, crisp on the outside layer, warm and glutinous on the inside. I'd love to come back but I hesitate tobecause of the money handling incident. The actual restaurant and sandwich preparation station are clean. I hope the owner andstaff will see this review to avoid repeating this mistake. Read more

Meatball banh mi was excellent! Very juicy and flavorful and filled with ingredients. Bun was toasted but not overly hard (aka... won?t hurt the roof of your mouth). They did forget my note about no cilantro but oh well. Lemon grass chicken wasunderwhelming with not a lot of chicken or rice. Definitely did not worth $16 (ordered on door dash) Read more

This place has topped other bahn mi I've tried in Vancouver. The bread is fresh and toasty and the sub is very generously... filled. I tried the lemongrass chicken and the cuts of meat are thick and flavorful. Also i really enjoyed their homemade mayo.I only wished they had a spicy sauce because the jalapeno in the sub weren't spicy at all. Also fyi, the housemade pâté ismade of chicken liver and pork. Dac biet (special) was awesome! A bit pricier compared to what I'm used to in Toronto but the bun was LOADED. Friendly service.... Wish them the best and I'll stop by next time I'm in Vancouver! Read more

Great little Bahn mi shop. Ordered the 10 Bahn mi got one free (which seems par for the course with most Bahn mi shops around... town). Liquor store was across the street which made for a good shopping combo. Signature was really good. Would definitelycome back again. Compared to Bahn mi Saigon....the Bahn mi bread is definitely fatter in size but not as long. So if that'swhat you like then, this is the place! Read more

The absolute Best Banh Mi? at Bonjour Banh Mi! From just the right crunch, to how soft the bun is after the initial crunch, to... how fresh the veggies are to how flavourful the pate is - what do they use to formulate this almost magical sauce??!! To topit all off, all their staff are courteous, friendly and quick!! This is a bit of a hidden gem as their shop is set back a bitfrom Cambie but y?all not gonna regret patronizing this cute and clean li?l shop. My favourite is their #2 grilled pork, but ifI?m really hungry, I?d also add one of their light, refreshing salad rolls! YUMS!! Read more
