Four of us have a most enjoyable lunch at Bodega. All dishes are delicious. The seafood squid ink paella and the beef tongue are... exceptionally yummy. Guess we shouldn't have ordered two paellas as we couldn't finish all and took home. One paella IMO is goodfor 4 people rather than 2 as stated. Friendly and attentive staff. I also like their online reservation system. Only complaintis parking which is hard to find a spot, especially with construction going on on the side streets Read more

Nice ambience. Friendly staff. One of the few restaurants that open late but the quality of food doesn’t disappoint. We got... almonds to start, grilled octopus and seafood paella. I got a coconut pineapple drink and my husband got beers. They are bothvery good and go well with the food. Overall a positive experience. The waiter/waitress took time to explain to us how to saythe food right and also say where it comes from. Almonds were imported and doesn’t exist anywhere in the world but the placethey import from. It was very expensive to do so and they tasted very different. Apparently it was healthier as well thanks tothe way they grow it. We felt we were transported to a different country. In this day of food quality decrease due to thepandemic, bodega on main is the exception and I’m glad to have had food here. Hopefully I can come back and bring friends andfamily. Read more

The tapas are really good and our server was excellent. The cheese plate, meatballs, goat cheese stuffed peppers, and potatoes... were some of our favourites. We also enjoyed the churros. The only thing that surprisingly disappointed me was the sangria, which although good was not great. Read more

Hidden gem near the Pacific Central Station. Amazing experience! The server was very friendly, there was a great selection on... the menu even during lunch! All 4 dishes we tried was super yummy, especially the grilled peppers and the paella. The paellawas decent size, the seafood on it was very fresh, we brought half of it home for dinner. Will definitely go back to try theother dishes. Read more

Could not rave about this enough! I had the seafood/lobster paella - it was delicious but because I love spicy food, I'd... recommend adding hot sauce as I did. Downside - there were only 2 pieces of lobster but plenty of other seafood! The grilledoctopus melted in my mouth, some of the best octopus I've had. The chicken wings were okay, still good but I'd try somethingdifferent next time. The drinks were strong and good! Definitely worth it! Read more

I hadn’t been to Bodega in decades. At another location on Main Street near the Pacific Central Station. The 4 of us shared a... bit of everything. For starters we shared the charcuterie board from Spain (very tasty) with grilled bread. We had the meatballsappetizer (okay) and the deep fried calamari (tasty and tender calamari). We ordered the classic paella (not too wowing) andsquid ink paella. Of all the food we ordered, the squid ink paella won everyone over as it had the most flavour. Orders forpaella takes 30 minutes and is enough to share for 2 people. Make sure you make reservations way ahead of time. If there are 4-6 in your group, ask for the table at the front window. Service was good and we didn’t feel rushed. The server gave us greatrecommendations. The place has a nice vibe. A great place to get together with friends and family. The tables could be spacedslightly further apart. Read more

You have to get the churros dessert with dark chocolate. It's heaven. Appetizer octopus is delicious, flavor of mussels and... classic paella can be richer. Overall recommend! Read more

I love seafood and the experience at Bodega was amazing. Everything was so delicious. I specially recommend the Paella, it is... big even for two people. Order some Tapas with bread while you wait for the Paella, and off course don't forget the dessert, myfavorite was the cake. Read more
