This place is a hidden nook and the coziest cafe I have been to !! Despite being on the busiest street in vancouver downtown,... the service they provide is exceptional! The staff is super nice and very professional too. The cafe is introducing so many newand exciting snacks and drinks continuously! The new owner really is taking this cafe to places!! The staff here were so unfriendly. No hello, no thank you, no customer service. There were no customers behind me and they... weren't even busy. I said hello to the cashier and I received eye contact (no hello, no smile). I thanked the barista for mycoffee and she walked off without even acknowledging me. They seemed too busy chatting with each other. Talk about poor,unfriendly service. Not coming to this location again. Honestly the staff makes such a huge difference. Service was okay! The chai latte was AMAZING, I was disappointed in the breakfast they served tho, the picture on the menu is... never quite like what ends up on your plate.
