I went to this place instead of my regular coffee place and I am not going back to my previous cafe at all!! Lol!! They have the... friendliest staff and the most freshening snacks and coffee I need to get my day going! Very budget friendly too and my coffeetastes even better the next time I go there! First visit total fail! Service all around shameful! - barista didn't know what a Lumberjack wrap was and had to read the back... of the item's name tag - dismissed by pointing to where I can pick it up (after waiting unusually long) - dismissed again bypointing to where napkins can be found - during my entire experience, all 3 girls engaged in conversation amongst themselves andignored me (customer) and conversation was not English - handing me the handheld payment terminal with "tip option" displayed -wrap was too hot to hold and soggy The entire experience was super disappointing and lacked proper customer service 100%!! Willnot return and will tell my colleagues all about it. Unwelcoming and it appeared I was an inconvenience. I am not even atourist, but work a block away. Can't imagine what a tourist would think. Its the only coffee shop at the that intersection thats open . The Starbucks is being renovated. This blenz has comfy... seats , small place , washrooms , usually has a good view but with construction happening the view is covered at themoment . Lots of shakes ,teas, coffees, snacks . Really underwhelming. It doesn't look good aesthetically. It's bleak and gloomy. Construction sites block most view of windows.... Also a lot of homeless persons hang around the shop most time. Generally good for construction workers and security guards ofbuildings. I won't try this branch ever again. Read more

Very friendly service! I like blend because they have vegan options for drinks, but not just vegan, any nut milk you want, they... can use.
