I went to this place after a recommendation of my buddy and boy! I was happy that I listened to my friend. One of the best... Indian cuisine in Vancouver. Not only was there a good variety of dishes but they also retained their original flavor from backhome! Definitely has become of one of my go to places. Located near the corner of Denman and Davie street in the English Bay section of downtown Vancouver. Cozy atmosphere with a... patio that offers great sunset views of English Bay. A cozy place just at the cornor of English Bay beach which not only would captivate you with their delicious food but the... splendid views as well. The place lived up to the expectations as the name depicts. The biryani was hands down yum. And to mysurprise Vada Pao was outstanding too. Maybe one of their most regular, appreciated patrons. Beeryani has been a life safer for us on especially those... “gimme-oomph-Delhi-food” evenings and afternoons. Their items are 100% fresh and service always on point! Every chat itemwe’ve tried here has been crispy, sweet sour spicy to the levels appreciated. Appetizers made with attention to detail andflavor. Personally am a huge fan of their Delhi style chicken tikka and amritsari panner tikka haven’t eaten stuff like thatanywhere around in Vancouver.. We even catered from them for my birthday which was a pleasure from start to finish, every guestwas blown away by how good it was!! Besides the chats, appetizers they’ve also some subtle main preparations as well like theBeeryani chicken curry or the biryani which feels like eating at home. I have a love/hate relationship with Beeryani. Some days it is really good, other days not so much. Always a coin toss. Well,... the last order was not on my lucky day. Ordered with high expectations but left feeling empty. The samosas felt soggy, the fishfry was twice fried, the Hakka noodles greasy and vada Pao had stale pao. Only the dessert was the sweet silver lining on theoverall cloudy experience. Read more
