Got the 8-item afternoon tea and two teas. For quality of food vs price, not worth it in my opinion. All the food, nothing... special. Sandwiches super basic (cucumber and cream cheese? ham and cheese? egg). Sweets no complexity and can taste someingredients are not the best quality or craftsmanship. It was a cool experience and inside is really cute but for about$40/person I?d rather just go somewhere else. Read more
My mom and I had a wonderful Mother's Day experience. The sandwiches and scones were delicious, and the desserts were so good we... got more to take home! They also had a great tea selection. My mom's favourite with the Apricot Blossom Organic Tea, and minewas the Cream Earl Grey. Read more
A lovely place to treat yourself to a delicious afternoon tea! ???? The place has a cosy and Victorian vibe to it. The... miscellaneous tea blends to chose from do not dissappoint. And you can buy them to take home as well or to gift,since they havetheir shop. Regarding the food, I love that they have a vegan option. The flavor combos are unique and the whole experience isutterly pleasant. The staff is nice. A tad pricey but nothing really shocking compared to the prices in Vancouver and especiallyfor afternoon teas. Read more
Loved this tea house! It?s a smaller space and has a very vintage vibe inside. The tea menu is great and the snacks and... desserts were delicious. They use the cutest glass tea pots and have authentic tea wear with beautiful floral designs on them.They had sugar rock crystals to sweeten your tea if needed. Def worth the visit! Read more
i thoroughly enjoyed my time here, unfortunately it was a last minute decision due to TWG tea house having closed their dining... area permanently- but i?m very glad we decided to go to Adonia. Pictured are their Mini Afternoon tea towers, my favourite teaby TWG Creme Caramel, and one of their newer teas by the name of ?Lovely?. Great little spot. There's parking outside but it was very hard to find a spot. This place is very photo friendly, the service... was nice, and the food was great. The chowder/soup was the best that I have ever tasted. Would highly recommend the seafoodchowder! The rose fig tea was amazing as well when you add the sugar that they give you. I'm not the best at high tea because Ijust eat everything so quickly so I didn't find the portions worth it but my partner loved it. I think if you 1 regular and 1mini set it would be enough. Great tea! You can also ask for sugar and milk for some add in. Recommend the rose fig tea if you?re into fruit flavor. The high... tea has a smaller portion than we expected, I would say that order 1 smaller and 1 bigger portion is probably enough for twopeople to try. The shop is pretty small but authentic. Highly reccommend this high tea place. I had their regular Autumn tea set and it was delicious. Scones were warm and flavorful... and I loved everything served (which is usually rare)..could not find one thing I didn't like. Bonus points for matching teasets, very aesthetically pleasing. Very small restaurant, but beautifully decorated and the service was great. Planning onmaking seasonal visits to try all their specials for sure. Read more
