I really like this location. My twin brother and I eat breakfast here very often. It is always good quality, hot and delicious,... and the coffee is excellent. The girl who serves us is very polite and always remembers us with a pleasant smile and awesome,quick service. I noticed a few bad reviews here. I don't know why. This location is quite busy and the other customers seem ashappy as my brother and I. I recommend to eat here if you visit CF Mall Food Court. Read more
This place is supposed to be open at 8:00 but the workers open it an hour late around 9 or when they feel like it and they don't... care. Service is very rude. Will take my money elsewhere. Read more
If Harwinder was rude, arrogant and aggressive towards you for no reason, you are not alone. She seems to hate her job/customers... and she's apparently the new assistant manager. She is rude from the very start, escalates the situation when confronted, anddoes not own up to her mistakes but instead becomes aggressive. Emaan, who identifies as the owner, either has very littleinterest in addressing customer complaints or has difficulties identifying key ideas in a paragraph. Even when selectivelyfocusing on a small portion (the mis-charge) of my complaint, which was mostly about Harwinder's substandard service for a fastfood restaurant, they were only able to identify the mistake after several email exchanges. They finally "took a closer look" atmy receipt and realized there was indeed a mis-charge. Please take a closer look earlier next time. The owner approaches thecomplaint with minimal effort or is unfamiliar with their own store promotion/POS system as my order was very simple. Avoidthis location, even if it is convenient. Staffs are rude. I ask the cashier to wash her hands first cause I paid cash and I saw customer ahead of me paid cash as... well. She immeditaely preparing my coffee without.washing her hands, so I asked her. Then when she is giving my order, she saysi should wash may hands first as well cause I gonna hold my food. I said i will just hold the bag and can wash my hands before Ieat, but she should wash her hands cause shes the one holding my food and puttin it on the bag. Then she still insisting itsjust the same.
