Pretty good place, open 24 hours and with great hamburgers...and fries...as well as organic food grown organically...as... well...coffee is always good and fresh as well....with this location at a skytrain on main street...is also very good locationfor a quick bite...as well....many people use this location...that are in the DTES...and this has some lessening of appeal forsome people....but the food is always great. Worst A and W or even fast food spot. No place to eat, rude staff barking orders and they take forever to make orders. Ordered... two combos and it took 20 mins real time after the order went in. And they still messed it up Read more
This place is the worse. I ordered my food at 9:00 and the guy told me they do not have the thing that I want to order at 9:10.... And as a result, I was late for work and for my meeting. Three staffs working on Friday morning but no one seems care abouttheir work. The manager should take it seriously and A&W should also pay attention on the training even though it is franchise.This location the customer service is totally unacceptable. Not a very good A&W. Consistently very long waits, messing up orders and filthy inside. By that I mean they leave bags of... trash out in the open inside the the restaurant. Unless you're really craving A&W I recommend going somewhere else Read more

Standining is another experience haha, it's just same as other A&W, busy district location and good service.
Gave it a second chance?. Again Slow service, making you stand there for over 10 minutes, had to ask for my drink. they leave... the speciality drink machine blinking( meaning it has to be filled up) I had hot chocolate and it tasted like steamed milk.Short staffed or not, you?re serving a lot of people.
