Worst drive thru experience. Our bag broke while it was being passed to us in the car. Burgers on the ground. We asked if we... were able to get new burgers and the woman working said we had to buy new burgers and said it was ?our fault? The bag ripped soeasily. I order was a&w OFTEN and never received this type of customer service at any location. Read more
Rude service and rude manager. They couldn't even make me a proper breakfast. Cooks couldn't even make me an over easy egg... properly. I will never come back here to spend my money. Asked for over easy eggs and this is what they gave me. Manager was nothelpful and very rude. Read more

The food isn?t that bad but would not recommend due to the fact I?ve been coming here for a long time and never had a problem... with the food. However, today I found a hair embedded in my burger & upon calling the restaurant to receive a refund for thetotal of my sandwich ( I ordered two combo meals) they said they couldn?t and would give me another order of the same meal forfree; due to a hair mixed completely in my food I did not want another meal from here and the person speaking insisted I onlyget another meal. A&W is tasty, I think we all agree on that. It's hard to mess up the experience (customer service aside) except for when your... sandwich is thrown together unceremoniously and is a chore to get in ye without making a mess.
