I'm over it! My sandwich is ok but my husband has 4 pieces of chicken on it more cheese than Anything I'm done
The website is down when trying to order, which is annoying. You go inside to order and there is no menu available for their... items. So you try to order what's displayed on the counter mat, but then you get told that it's only available if you orderonline! This place is ridiculous! Unless you work there, you can not possibly have any idea what your options are...lol Read more
Don't even bother, I ordered at 6:15pm and just received my order at 8:40pm. Neither of our pizza were cut and they were warm at... most, not hot. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this domino's, this is just the first I've left a review. The past6 orders have been like this. Honestly for the money I spent I'll just order from Wild Willy's next time, their foods better andactually shows up hot in a timely manner. Read more
Ordered one large pizza, and garlic twists at 5:49 p.m. called them at 7 for them to tell me it would be another hour and a half... to two hours for my order to be delivered. On the website it says 35-45 minutes for delivery. Fix your website . If it?s goingto be four hours for my food to get to me I?d appreciate a heads up. Read more
Update: Tried again after a year to see if anything improved. Waited for an hour and half for an order that was never started.... Somehow they have managed to get worse that what they were a year ago. Waited until I ordered a couple times before making myreview. Both times the delivery order took over an hour to arrive. When the food did show up it was not hot. Calling it warmwould be very very generous. There is no shortage of pizza places and Domino's needs to step up their game if they want a chanceto compete. We ordered 2 pizzas one was suppose to be Buffalo chicken pizza the other was ultimate pepperoni we also ordered 2 boneless... classic hot Buffalo specialty we only got one. We was also told it would be 30 to 45 min it was 1.5 hrs almost 2 exact. Wehaven't ordered since they opened cause it took 3 hrs then. We won't be ordering from this dominos again we will drive tocelina. Read more
I ordered for the 1st time from Van Wert, Ohio's new Domino's in our Walmart. I ordered a hand tossed medium 2 topping: half... green pepper/ ham and half pepperoni/mushroom, Italian sub and Parmesan garlic bites. All were delicious, arrived fresh, hotand at a great price... Probably would skip the sub the next time because there wasn't any sauce or dressing on it. I added themarinara. However, it was made correctly as per their corporate website. Among other issues in the past with burnt food, they canceled our online order with no explanation. I'd rate them 0 if that was... an option. They won't be getting our business again. Read more
