The drive-through person didn't get my order right so how do we order over and they were out of lettuce
It's Wendy's. Drive through people are always in too much of a hurry. Slow down a bit.
Made food fresh. Really good Wendy's. Very good service and clean environment.

I ordered piping hot coffee and the woman gave me the coffee open and spilled it me. She also forgot to get me my other coffee.... Such horrible service! Never coming back. The employees don?t even know what they are doing. And they didn?t apologize once. Onthe menu screen it says decaf coffee so I ordered it but she told me oh we don?t serve decaf. But it says it on the menu. And wewanted breakfast so when we arrived at 10:34 she said sorry we stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. Got my sandwich and the breadwas all soggy. The worst driver thru I been, I have to call and ask if the drive thru was open because the line did not move for a long... time. Once I got to the window the guy ask me to wait ????to place my order. I was in the line for about 25 minutes to say theleast. I asked the guy at the why it took 25 minutes to place my order and he say the car in front of us had a big order and forme that is not an excuse they should ask that car to parked and move on with the other orders. The worst is the food I got washorrible, very disappointed I will probably think twice before coming back here. Read more
BAIT AND SWITCH. Always check your prices at this Wendy's. There's always at least one item that cost more when they ring it... up then it says on their menu. The manager is actively lying about the prices. BAIT AND SWITCH is illegal in California. Thestaff is very friendly. Read more
