The fountain drink machine is out of service most of the time & they usually don't have any of the Agua frescas.
This location as well as the one on Victory and Sepulveda don?t accept coupons anymore? How can you as a subway whether it?s a... franchise or not accept coupons produced by your own company? The broccoli cheddar soup from here is what I imagine feet taste like. Their drink and ice machine didnt work and their fruit... drinks looked like it was sitting there for weeks. To top it off, my cookies were stale :( Compared to other subways I?ve beento, this one needs to work on their presentation. At least I saw them baking fresh bread! Read more
I'm disappointed of this subway Luisa was so rude I asked for an Italian B.L.T and I wanted for the the Italian B.M.T . She was... so rude and started arguing with me telling me that it was my fault and I told her she didn't have to be arguing with thecustomers. I understand I got confused but she was so rude and started arguing with me I used to come to this subway all thetime and it is my first time that this happened to me. Use this Subway sandwich gift ???? card that I got it for Christmas from my cousin Monica anyway first time I'm using it and... when I scanned get it through the machine to pay for two meatball sandwiches and a pastrami sandwich she said I didn't haveanythang on it, so I scanned it 4 more X'$ !! Third time being at this particular location I would say in 4 or 5 months and all 3 times the soda machine is supposedly out of... service or not working and they only sell bottled sodas. One time,ok no big deal machines break once in a while,second time, badluck? But a third time? Come on!! Plus they need to be a little more friendly and not so robotic. Read more
