Wrong bread, litle ingredients
This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The sad part is that it's half a block from my house, so I've been here many times... and had many bad experiences. Todays straw literally broke the camels back, I will drive 30 minutes if I have to, just to avoidever stepping foot in this subway ever again. The employees never smile nor are they ever welcoming, they all look like theyhate their lives and you just walked in to make their life more miserable. The stations are always messy, nothing ever looks ortastes fresh (ex. Bread, meat, veggies). I always get coupons from subway in the mail, hardly ever use it but I remembered todaythat I had em. Walked in to get my footlong for $5.99 with my coupon, not a bad deal to get a $10 sandwich for $6. The lady seesme holding the coupon in my hand, makes my sandwich, which looked like something you put together to feed your dog, I don'tunderstand why it's so hard to put the ingredients evenly on the sandwich. One bite has double meat and double tomatoes, whilethe other bite is just lettuce, cucumbers, and triple cheese. Anyway, as I said, she sees me holding the coupon, as she's aboutto ring me up, I give her the coupon and she says "we don't participate in coupons". I said "but you guys keep mailing couponsto me every couple weeks, I literally live down the street" and she says "I dunno, I'm only manager, not owner. The owner notaccept coupon". This time I asked "than where can I use the coupon? It just says not valid in Alaska or Hawaii." She answers me" I dunno, I'm only manager" at this point I realized that I'm talking to a cabbage patch doll with sh*t for brains, so I paidmy $9.69 and walked out with my messy sponge disguised as a turkey sandwich. Worst customer service. Problem there attitude giving hardtime its a sandwich what's the need for attitude.
I arrive at this location around 10:55 for breakfast for the family and the girl that help said they have removed all the... breakfast items and that breakfast was over I know for a fact that breakfast is over at 11:00 I feel so disappointed that Icouldn't get my food for the family, very bad service I'm thinking of going to another place. I was not happy with this place. There was only one woman working there and she was skimpy with the ingredients. She only put 2... slices of cheese on my 6-inch sandwich and I had to ask if she could put more. She didn't put enough mayo so I had to put moreon at home. This location is dirty on the outside too. I've been to many Subway restaurants. It's usually a given that I'll have an excellent sandwich and be happy with the... experience, unfortunately this is NOT the case today! The staff was friendly enough, the place was clean, but the sandwich wasabsolutely terrible!! I feel robbed and still hungry!!! I ordered a pastrami footlong and got more cheese than pastrami!!!! They close at 12 yet the doors were closed before then I knocked thinking maybe they vlose for security purposes a woman asked... if I had a pick up order when I said no she walked away and ignored me. The person mopping kept pointing out I was there and thelady just ignored me. Read more
