Never had a bad experience at this Subway. The staff is friendly and attentive. The store is small but clean.
I like to eat at Subway on a regular basis. I hadn't been to this location for a couple of years. WARNING!!! New owners.... Unfortunately they cannot make a sandwich to save thier lives. What a horrible experience! Both of my 2 subs had been dousedwith jalapenos and hot sauce that I never asked for. $20 bucks down the drain. I don't recommend this place at all. Read more
Bad location, vegetables are old, the meat smells bad. they would give you a 4 inches subway instead of the 6 inches. They cut... it wrong so someone took a 8 inch sub and the other a 4 inches subway. Read more
Today at 3:40 P. M. I went to the store located at Sepulveda and Saticoy. The service was really bad. There was only one person... at the store. I don?t know his name but he was really rude. I said him ?hi? when I entered the store he didn?t reply back. ThenI asked him to put some stuff in the sandwich. He didn?t reply back again and just started doing his work. That wasunsatisfying. It seemed like he was kinda ignoring us. At the end, I would never visit that store again. Read more
The kids that work saturday and sunday keep closing around 6 or 6:30 instead of 7. 7 is there posted hours!!! This has happened... like 3 times, it's incredibly inconsistent and unprofessional. I don't know if the manager or owner realize this is going on. Iwon't be coming to this location anymore, if you're going to start closing early then update your hours. Read more
So my experience at the subway was terrible I was sitting there eating my lovely soup and then all of a sudden I find an... unidentified object in My Soup I was very disgusted and I don't know if I'll ever come back to that Subway again I feel verydisgusted and sick Read more
It is your typical subway restaurant. Same option, same prices, same deals. So if you like subway, you will like the options.... However, the area is not the nicest part of LA at all. Restaurant is tiny with seating for only a handful of people. Customerservice was also just average. Read more
It's ok. The guy who works there, don't know if he's the store owner or an employee, but he just always looks like he doesn't... want to be there. He can be rude at times. Read more
