Everything on the app expressed that I would be able to walk in at 4:30. I came at 4:45 (approx) and they wouldn't let me in... until 5. Someone needs to take responsibility for the app setting being either more clear or correct. It is unreasonable to saythe store us open, but not let people in. Read more
Horrible customer service, the personnel is rude. After waiting 20 min in the drive-through the guy who took my order was... intolerant and mad, then his colleague interceded in the conversation to say that they don?t have ?oat milk? and withoutallowing me to respond they said ?have a good night?. Love this Starbucks trip the morning crew today was on it. The Drive thru line was long, but surprisingly moved fast. Plus... everyone was super nice from the lady that took my order, to the man at the window handing me my order. I even got a sweetmessage from who ever prepared my order. I get my espresso drink the way I order it, precise, except for one thing, the Americano is served luke warm, I have to... microwave my drink each time I order when I get to my office job each time I order from here. , I come as a walk-in vs a drivethru,. Why should the drink be warm? Not hot? I think the emphasis on Starbucks with drive thru has changed the experience to aMcDonald's style drive thru experience instead of every drink is special. The concern is the production line mentality. On oneoccasion I ordered a coffee, black nothing but coffee, it took nearly ten minutes to get this Beverage.i don't understand howyou run out of coffee in an urn when your business is coffee. The product is great , hence the 3 stars , the time to take theorder to when they pour, clearly lacks lusters.im expressing my thoughts, but I'm hopeful this gets back to the right Qualitycontrol people.
