excellent vibe, great service and fantastic food. came here with friends on a tuesday night and immediately felt welcomed by the... staff. the artwork and decor inside demonstrates that they really care about the dining experience for their customers. thehighlights for me were the chicken karaage and the spicy lime chili beef ramen. we are ramen snobs and left completelysatisfied. i also recommend some mochi and green tea churros to wash it all down. i will be coming back next time i?m in thevalley! This place is fantastic! We made reservations for 7 for my brothers birthday. The atmosphere was authentic, from the light... fixtures to the general ambiance. Service was fast, friendly, and the food was delicious. Nori, one of the partners in therestaurant, came up to our table toward the end to ask if we were celebrating anything, once we told him we were there for mybrothers birthday, they treated us like family and went above and beyond to make sure we had a special experience! Nori broughtus an amazing huge bottle of Sake and poured us all shots (more than once) and was such a pleasure to speak with. We orderedMochi (vegan and regular!!!) and matcha green tea churros for the table. The Mango Mochi was particularly mouth watering. Theybrought us more than we ordered, in a beautiful display with dry ice and sang happy birthday. It is evident they take pride intheir restaurant and their customers experience. They honestly showed us the best customer service seen in LA in a really long time. The food wasabsolutely DELICIOUS! Their OG Tonkotsu is THICK - just look at that rich broth ????.
