Horrible location due to poor facility management and bad bad customer service. More than once I've ordered beverages, and they... don't tell me until I get to the window to lay that they are out of ice. Ice machine broken on several occasions. This morning,I was told Orange juice and other drinks not available, just coffee. The employees don't care either, they aren't evenapologetic about it. Word of advice - when you guys are closed early for whatever reason, but still leave the lights on inside at night, people still... think that the drive thru is open. So just experienced 6 cars in front of me...all of us driving thru. A good 15 minutes waitingand driving forward. It looked like the car in front of me ordered at the menu and then went up to get their food. But when Icame up, no one to take my order, and then no one at either window. lol. All lights still on. That meant everyone in front ofme went through that. And as we were driving away, the drive thru was filled up behind me. I don't know whether to laugh or bemad at the whole thing. Can management have a "Closed" sign on deck to put on the windows for these situations?!?!?HAHAHAHAHAHA. Read more
I usually stop here for coffee and chicken nuggets. Service is pretty good, considering it was a hot holiday evening and store... seemed understaffed. I give it 4 stars 'cause the employees have good attitudes. Read more
This review is a little bit about this location, but I want to say something about McDonald's in general. The employees at this... location were pleasant and quick from the guy taking orders outside in the drive-thru line to the cashier and the person thathanded me the food. My observation is McDonald's has really stepped away from trying to offer healthier options like salads.Those are long gone. When I asked the guy if I can get a burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun he said they dont have thatoption either. The only reason I stopped there was because of my granddaughter. Since I am trying to eat healthier, if I absolutely have to stop at a fast food place, it will only be somewhere where I can get a salad. Sorry not sorry, McDonald's. Read more
So the process was smooth until i checked my food when i got home. I ordered a Big Mac meal deal and a kids cheeseburger happy... meal. I didn't get no sauce for the nuggets i stated sweet and sour and my kids happy meal is missing the apple slices andfries. Read more
I stopped in to grab my usual, they just remodeled and removed the other registers. Walked up to it and got in line and saw a... heard of people around the kiosks with no clear line and no way to tell who?s waiting for what. It?s my turned at the onlycounter and he refuses to serve me unless I join the madness at the kiosks. Not only did I and the person behind me walk out,but I have no intentions of going to that establishment again. I drove to another and got my food there. And if this is what?sto come of the company I just might have to finally stop. Nobody appreciates coming to an establishment we are so used to andtold if we don?t stand in a crowd and try to get a turn in the cramped kiosks we will not be served. Waste of my time... I ordered ahead on the app for pickup and when I got home I found out I overpaid for my order and was short 10 chicken nuggets.... The fries were also soggy and a dark brown color. Probably not coming back to this location Read more
