on July 13th i was on this restaurant was the most disgusted poor service I ever received from my favored Jack&Box the food... sucked the hush Brown look like it came from under a car tire flavorless unbelievable disgusted very disguted breakfast menu #28 they didn't even offer me napkins And the coffe It tastes like a car burn oil I'd highly recommend do not waste your timeand money on this restaurants Anymore. Much better than the first time I went 2 weeks ago. This time I just did the Ultimate Cheese Burger(seems smaller than what they... used to be), but perfect amount of ketchup was put on the burger as they assembled it. They forgot my fries and almost forgot my drink too. Although, they were able to hook me up. I ordered the Roost fries and asked... if I could substitute the normal fries for curly fries and they did! I'm happy about that. Read more
First off the manager had nails and I work for the food industry , they do not allow even coated nails on my nails. So thats... pretty disgusting and I know forsure other employees who cook the food have nails . The order was fine, but if I didnt check mybag, one the food items I order wasn't inside the back and so I had to ask for it. They always forget our items . Read more
I?ve been ordering from this Location over 2 years. And almost every time the order is wrong. No sure if the employees read the... order correctly or just give you what?s made. The reason for my review is not only that, it?s for today. I ordered a hamburgerand the the Patties were dry and cold. If a customer orders food don?t give them what?s been sitting there for hour?s. Make itfresh so they won?t get food poison and sick. I understand this a fast food place but don?t serve old food. Your charger almost$10 for a hamburger that coast?s less then $1 for the restaurant m. Patties are not expensive don?t be cheap. Make fresh food. Read more
Very nice place to eat and take out. Everything is so fresh, I ordered the $4.99 Jumbo breakfast plate deal and it was so good... made on time, the onion rings are so crispy and delicious. And they also have a delicious $1 mini-churros deal. The employeesare kindly and patient. Congrats Read more
Wasn't too pleased with my visit here!!! I got a breakfast sandwich and my egg was burnt!! Like fried crispy burnt. Also the... wait was really long and the manager didn't chip in to help I seen him just standing there watching. Won't be coming here againI wasted my money cause my sandwich ended up in the trash!!!
