Haven't had a bad experience here, food is made fast, gets the job done.
Personal is talking while preparing orders like if nobody was there. That makes us wait longer also lettuce is old.
I'm sorry but Carl's Jr. Is only considered as a last minute can't get anything good to eat at mid night. The burgers are... horrible the shake was like water and the onion rings were barely edible. Read more
This is the best Carl's I've been to. Very good Management and staff. Very polite. Always makes my Super Star With Cheese fresh.

I was on duty training this morning when I decided to put in a mobile order for a Western Beacon Cheeseburger meal with no... cheese. They got my fry selection right but my burger completely wrong not to mention that we received extremely rude customerservice! I have no idea what the problem was for this particular employee ? but she must have had a bad day or something but forsome reason she was taking it out on us. Today September 12th 2020, at 220am-2:30. I was the only person in the drive thru & couldn't get my order! I order a order of... Criss cut fries but I couldn't get my order because the lady that was running the drive thru window rudely ignored me as shecontinue to ask a homeless guy extremely dirty with no shirt she continue to drag out a senseless conversation, they just lookedat me as I wonder why I was being ignored and looked at like I was wrong for even trying to order. So I just left withoutanything????This woman need to be fired, she has a Terrible attitude, I used to come to this location 5times out a week but nowI got other places because that woman discriminate like crazy!!!
