I love this place and am happy with it. I gave it a four star because one of the servers was the only one in there. She was the... only one taking out orders and she was on the brink of crying and holding herself together really well. She did a really goodjob at getting my food out to me on time even though she did not have others there. No server. And I mean NO server should bedoing this alone when it's a Saturday and it's lunch hour. Completely irresponsible to do to a worker. Manager or even theManger below the top manager should have at least been there when it was only one server. If I could have gone back and helpedher, I would've. Not because she wasn't doing a good job, but because she seemed completely overwhelmed. I know it is hardwith short staff at every place right now, but if it's only going to be one server there needs to be either a very high raiseincrease, or you need to have a limit amount. Make sure that people are aware there is only one server. She shouldn't have hadto do it all herself and that's a shame. I really love this place otherwise, and I'm sure something could have happened wherethere was miscommunication, but managers, if you are going to manage a bar and grill, need to be there as well as another serverwhen others don't show up. Teach one of the three cooks I saw back there to help her serve. I'll be back, but I am sad thatserver had to have no help when it was bustling. Thank you for being so kind and patient with me. What an amazing place! We stopped for dinner after checking out the sunflowers @ Badger Creek and will definitely be back.... Sriracha bourbon boneless wings & peach mule were phenomenal and waffle fries so perfecttttt. Hubby got the rodeo burger andloved it too! Read more
