I put in an online order for pick up at 7:15 show up to Pick up my order at 7:25. I am told it's gonna be a 5 minute wait they... have not dropped the 36 piece nuggets that I ordered. I did not get my food until 7:40 PM. They did not drop the chicken that Iordered until I showed up. I was told that they don't drop 36 nuggets until the people show up They will not drop it because ifI don't show up that's wasted chicken.... Don't bother with online ordering or calling it in. Road trip - we pulled in at 9:30 and went inside and ordered to go. We politely waited 25 minutes for our order. 25 minutes. And... 5 minutes down the road we realized they had missed 3 of our 9 meals. That was our fault for thinking 25 minutes was plenty oftime to prepare fast food. Read more

Two weeks ago the family and I pulled in on a Wednesday evening, as we do about twice a month. We placed our order, and were... third in line. Pull forward, pay and we were asked to pull to the side, and it would be five minutes for chicken nuggets.Promises they would be delivered hot. So we are waiting, twenty minutes pass and I walk inside to check on our order. Guy behindthe counter does his best to ignore myself and the guy ahead of me, who has been waiting for part of his order as well. Anotherfive minutes pass, finally ask if he can take my order. I ask about the order I?m already waiting for and explain, I?ve beenwaiting now, twenty five minutes. He ask what I guess as the manager and she says ?she?s working on it now?. A few minutes laterI get my order, no apology, no explanation, nothing. Mind you they did serve at least six other customers while we were waiting.This was the third time in several weeks we were asked to pull to the side and the third time it has taken fifteen minutes orlonger.
