Great bbq had 3 meat with sides.... chicken, pull pork, and ribs...They all were well seasoned, tender and juicy not over-cooked... and dry at all. Sides: Fried cabbages and green beans again very well seasoned. Husband had half slab of ribs and chicken whichhe said was superb... Had other side options which looked good as well.. Bbq sauce served on the side great flavor. The onlydownside to this restaurant was that there we no corn muffins or corn bread on the menu. This location never disappoints! Fast, friendly service! Always the freshest cuts. Probably because of the high volume. I have... had just about everything. Ribs are probably my favorite with fried cabbage. If you're asking why fried cabbage, I wouldprobably understand. Been here about 8 times and that was my first time having it. Wow! Gonna need napkins. It's very flavorful.And the tators and gravy were perfect. Like my Texas school lunch in the 80's. Yeah. I went there. Real food! Brisket, pork,sausage, beans all good. Can't remember if I had Pecan pie. It's so much food. Need an army to get dessert. Collect those largecups and you don't need to buy dishes at the dollar gens! Read more
Absolutely fantastic BBQ ribs! Not pre sauced! Literally fall off the bone! Great seasoning in the meat. The sauce is brilliant,... reminds me of a mole, very well balanced and it doesn't overpower the meat. Service is quick and on point. A half rib platewith 2 sides, is only $16!! If you love bbq this is for you, the ribs are on the small side ( not Texas big) but pack big flavor. The cabbage was tasty with... bits of jalapeños and their version of Pico de Gallo. Highly recommended! Never had barbecue that tasted so good. The staff was awesome there was a gentleman there that has worked... for over 25 years with this franchise and was telling his awesome story and connections with the owner. The macaroni and cheesewas off the chain highly recommended in the pictures here I ordered the three meat special you get two sides I got the bakedpotato which was completely loaded and not expected for the amount of food given I didn't honestly think I was going to finishthe plate definitely reasonable and pricing. The three meats special came with on my platter ribs, sausage, and I don't evenknow if I just slammed everything I ate. Average BBQ. Meat was dry, but tender?the turkey was literally the deli style loaf you get slices turkey lunch meat from, not a... whole real smoked turkey, same with the ham?very mediocre.
