I don't give out many 3 star or lower ratings, but I feel I have to in this case, so people might learn from their mistakes, and... patrons might be aware. I understand that it gets busy and there are only 3 or 4 employees, so I'm not necessarily complainingabout the wait... I am complaining about the fact I ordered a medium Oreo Blizzard, and I was handed a SMALL Oreo Blizzard in amedium cup!!! This is the first time I've ever bought a Blizzard that wasn't filled level to the rim! This was blatantly asmall, put into a medium cup! Now, after waiting about 25 minutes in the drive-thru, upon grabbing my Blizzard, seeing thisabsolute disregard for integrity and customer service, I had just about had it. I figured, why make a scene and cause everyonebehind me to wait even longer. Plus, how do I know if the owner of this company doesn't force their employees to skimp and cheatpeople on their purchases? Right? "They're just young employees". It's just getting tiring and sad that there is no sense ofdetail and pride with even things that normally bring joy, such as Oreo Blizzards. I mean it's pretty pricey for a mediumBlizzard these days, at least level it off to the top of the cup, like EVERY other DQ has done!! The food is not consistent and the service is hit and miss here. Just had another visit and the food was bad and I took a... picture of the tator tots that were inedible. These things made a sound like a rock when I I dropped it! And the person whowaited on us asked us if we already paid and then didn't give us our drinks along with the food. We asked for our drinks and shelooked lost. Read more
The food as always is great!! In Lake Charles our Dairy Queen doesn't have the tacos or the nachos which we love...so this Dairy... Queen made our day!! And the service was a little slow because the staff got busy but still satisfactory. Read more
Good food. Ice cream is good as well but the soft serve cone's are a little smaller than other DQ's.
