The food was good. No complaint about the nuggets and Jr bacon. The baked potato was slightly undercooked (not warmed all the... way through) and they didn't have sour cream. I got salt pepper n butter. The service was ok, people were polite enough, butthey didn't have enough people to run a register so everyone had to use self serve. This resulted in a loss of customers, as Iwitnessed an older man walk out as soon as he was told to use the kiosk. The dining area was nice and clean. Read more
Went for a quick drive thru chicken nuggets and fries for my grandson before an appt. Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes... after we ordered before we moved again. People behind us were leaving right and left. When I finally got to the window 35minutes after we ordered the young man said he couldn't take cash only card because they had just taken the drawer. Came through the drive thru at 830am wanting to get some breakfast. The drove through menu was still on lunch and dinner menu, I... asked the female working to please give me a minute , so I could switch the menu around so I could see what I wanted to orderfor my wife and myself. The young lady was very rude saying the menus don't turn around and I should already know. I will NEVERgive Wendy's any of our money ever again. This is the worst Wendy's in the area. Food is good, service not so much. Always backed up. Everytime I place a mobile order to be specifically picked up via drive... through they state that?s not available in their location and I must go inside to pick up. This location is ridiculous. Read more
Shouldn?t take 2 cars 30-45 minutes to go thru the drive thru with the main dining area closed. Ridiculous. This place needs new... management. I?ve been to multiple Wendy?s locations that can go they 8-10 cars in that time period. Not efficient at all. Then Iget to the window and they give me 1/3 of a lemonade and ask if it?s ?cool?. No, you don?t close for 5 more hours and you areout of lemonade? Then I asked if I could change drinks and he said no, since he already handed it to me. Ridiculous. Wow the drive thru cashier! So I asked for a strawberry frosty. Saw it on my order. Didn?t get it. Was told I didn?t order. They... tried to charge me again for the frosty. I asked to see my receipt They didn?t give me before buying another one. Instead ofapologizing or telling me I had been correct. They handed me my frosty. They also handed me straws that they wouldn?t give mewhen they handed me the drinks because they?d be in the bag. They weren?t. Repeated they have not gotten my order correct. Sadlymy family considered this a special treat and had just discovered frosties. But I won?t go to a place that can?t hire people whoare as rude as the cashier I met today. She asked me to stop yelling when I never yelled. She closed the door in my facemultiple times when I was speaking to her normally.
