If there were zero stars this would be it. Waited 10 minutes to order when only one customer in front of me. Other customers... walked out getting tired of waiting. Only one employee working while others standing around. Finally go to order and they areout of meatballs which is one of their featured sandwiches at the store. The owner of this location should be embarrassed. Theemployees should be ashamed of themselves and fired. Very drained and probably will avoid all subways in the future. Read more
I arrived with my two little ones on 6.11.22 I was the 4 in line. I order 4 sandwiches 3of 3 customer who had large order .but I... was the last to be served and others came in after got there order and left. Young female employee, not in uniform, informed me she was on break and it would be 7pm before she could enter my order into the... register to cash me out. Young man, from another location made all 3 of my subs was polite but only put very little lettuce,onions on each sub, really don't think that the proper meats were used. Placed an online order, giving them a half hour to prepare my order. When I got to Subway the young man behind the counter told... me that the order has not been done yet and I have to wait. The young man seemed to be very new at this and the woman was busytaking care of customers. We ordered 3 sandwiches off the app with a coupon and we arrived at subway only for them to charge us 3 times and be closed. No... sign on the door and google says they?re open. I?m hoping we get our money back, what a scam company. Read more
Worst Subway store I have ever encountered in my life. Workers are horrible & they are constantly out of ingredients, food,... drinks, everything. I have no idea how this store operates or is still running. This has been a problem for 2 months now.Ridiculous and will be calling corporate to let them know. Horrible. Read more
Placed an online order around 12:25pm on 3/20/22. App said order was ready for pickup at 12:40pm. I went in and was informed by... the only employee working that he had not started on it yet. I asked how long it would take and was informed he would start itonce the sandwich he was currently making was finished. I said ?okay, No problem. I?ll return in 10 min?. I went back to my carand waited until I saw the customer that was being helped had left. I returned back to the store about 5 minutes later and theemployee was working on another customers sandwich. He again replied he hasn?t started on it yet. A little ticked off, I left togo home, took a shower, and washed some dishes. I returned to the store back at 1:30pm and was informed YET AGAIN he hasn?tstarted on the order. But yet everyone who walked in was helped?. I understand the lack of employees right now in the foodindustry but come on! He can?t even refund my purchase due to not knowing how.
