There was one guy in there who knew his stuff ,he made up for the two other people who didn't have a clue ..place was mobbed and... the 2 younger people one girl one boy were completely useless ..the one guy who was supposed to do the register disappeared tothe back with a line to the door , the girl who was doing toppings didn't have a clue and easily got side tracked by somethinglike neaten up chips instead of doing toppings every single time a sandwich came her way ..there was one guy working and he wasa beast ..made the sandwich did the condiments and rang people up lickity split ..was 7 people ahead of me my time their wasabout 10 mins which isn't bad at all the people in front of me had multiple children and needed 4-5 sandwiches each so to saythis guy was a pro is an understatement..toasted the sandwiches and everything he was a machine Read more
This has absolutely nothing to do with the service I received because both men working were very nice and welcoming. What I'm... not okay with is the fact that I got a completely different sandwich than I ordered. All my toppings were correct but somehowthey messed up the meat part and gave me the wrong thing. This subway has gone downhill over the past few months. Sad but true, I was getting two subs every Saturday, the staff nice and... eager to help, as they worked they were social and I knew their names but for the past 3 weeks the store appears closed, onlyone employee and a different person each week. The staff are pleasant enough but very slow and have to prepare online orders aswell! I really feel bad for them, so I now I go to Publix for the subs. Publix store is beautiful and clean, the staff readyand eager to help and my husband says there's more meat from Publix then subway anyway. To bad this subway has failed. Read more
The employee did a great job with our order handle the restaurant by himself on a free sandwich day! He was kind and got mobile... orders done and the people in line as well. I feel though as a company he deserved to have to some help today especially on busyadvertised free sandwich day. At least give him raise or something for this young man hard work! Read more
I don?t even want to give this subway one star!!!! This subway has really gone downhill in the past few months! Very sad! The... store looks closed most of the time, no car in the parking lot and when I did check to see if it was open, when I checked,opened the door and went in on the 2nd of July I decided to get one sub for my husband and none for me because the employee wasnot friendly nor did she seem interested to serve me, so I stopped by Publix for mine! This past Saturday I just went to Publixfor both my husband?s and my sub, very happy and my husband said there was more meat on the Publix sub so it was a win win,happy employees and good sub sandwich ! Ordered online for a 5:55pm pickup? got a call at 5:53 from the store saying they don?t have meatballs so they can only make 3/4... of my order. Then when I get my 3 sandwiches home 2 of them were COMPLETELY wrong and the third was all bread with barely anymeat. I drove all the way back to the store to get my two sandwiches re-made and was offered no apology, no care, no concern. Infact, the guy that was working on my sandwiches stopped half way through and sent out a different employee to finish. This guywas sweating so badly he nearly dripped sweat into my food.
