I just had a fantastic order delivered to me and made with so much care and comfort. I ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato... blonde espresso 5 pumps vanilla syrup, upside down and a pink drink topped with vanilla sweet cream foam. I am so happy withthis order! This made my morning so much better! I ordered 2 cheese danishes and the baristas decided to warm 1 up for me, whichis wonderful surprise and I am so happy with this decision as I enjoyed my drink and warm cheese danish! In-person, onlineorder, walk-in pick-up, dine in, dine outdoors, heading to school in the morning, heading to work in the morning, heading outshopping, heading out back home, this made my day by far excellent! Literally no interaction or acknowledgement waiting for mobile order. Waited 10 minutes with no one asking me if I needed help.... Finally asked a worker if they had my drink ready to be told ?yeah she might be working on it? Seriously?I?m asking YOU to findout. Finally asked the other worker who was just now getting my order. Horrible. Why are employees being snotty at simple requests? Went there for red cup day and ordered 3 holiday drinks. I... understand that they were busy as it?s a special they run on that day, but being told it will be a10-15 minute wait to receive 3empty cups is absolutely ridiculous.
