I used the mobile app because I had points on it. Went to the window nobody said a word through the intercom. So I drove up gave... her my code for a big Mac. She said I can't help you so I drove up to next window. He finally helped me. But after all the carsin drive threw were cleared out . Nobody helped me still. So I drove off . I didn't get my order and I'm angry because this isnot customer service. If they can't help take a code and help the customer . I don?t dine out anywhere frequently. I haven?t been to this McDonald?s in nearly a year. My son was craving their fries for... weeks and we had a busy day, so I decided to surprise him with a rare post payday lunch outing here. I ordered the crispychicken deluxe meal and my son got a cheeseburger happy meal. We took our number to a table that my son got to pick out. Ididn?t get a cup or instructions to get one. When our food came, the young lady delivering it noticed I had not gotten my drinkand brought it, I also asked for ketchup and napkins. When she got back quite quickly with those items, I was looking puzzled atmy chicken sandwich. It didn?t look like a deluxe to me at all. It was a comically small piece of chicken on a big bun that wasfairly burnt. I didn?t see any pickles, which turned out to be my fault for not adding pickles free at the kiosk. I asked ifthat was the deluxe as it didn?t really resemble the picture. My lettuce and Mayo were just kinda pasted to the inside of thebox and were so sparse it wouldn?t thinly cover the bun if I scraped it over. She said she wasn?t too sure what is supposed tobe on my sandwich and asked to grab a manager to take a look. The manager came right over and explained that I had to addpickles when I order, but that my sandwich was pretty sloppy and asked if he could bring me a new one and add my pickles whilehe?s at it. I agreed. The manager quickly returned with a sandwich that included chicken that actually matched the bun size. Mybun wasn?t burnt and my lettuce, mayo and tomato were evenly distributed to the sandwich not the box sides. It was yummy. Theydeserve credit for taking it upon themselves between the staff member and manager to make sure I got what I?d paid for. Iwasn?t going to send it back, but without their proactive intervention, I probably wasn?t coming back either. They fixed it ontheir own and earned my next rare McDonald?s outing treat with my son. Been going to this McDonald's since it opened. Last few years the service has gone down the toilet. Employees run around in the... place, jumping and dancing and forget half your order and when you go back in to get your order correct,they try to start aargument with you. Never will go back to this McDonald's a again.... Extremely dirty as well.... Read more
