I went in for my free birthday sub. The employees were unmanaged and were too busy watching the cartoon that they had on the tv.... Not once was I asked what I wanted on my sandwich he just called my name when it was done. Yes it was free I could have gone toa different one, but any other sub place you go to they ask what you want on the sandwich before fixing it. I would like to tell you how much I appreciate Travonda! She went above and beyond for me and my family today. I was not able... to come in and get my family and I food. When I called she was more than happy ro bring out to my car. I called on my waybecause it was STORMING! She answered and called me by name and asked if I was here, I explained I was still about 10 mins outand offered to cancel so she would not have to come out. She said absolutely not. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. We've had various poor experiences but this one tops them all - they promised a credit for a previous... order and I even had the receipt and the manager had our name on file, supposedly, but they wouldn't honor it. Place is usuallyfilled with a bad smelling smoke and they are extremely slow. Not worth the money or time. Read more
The staff here is great! I frequent here quite often because I?m addicted to their philly cheesesteak. Ms. Bonnie and Matt are... THE BEST- they?re always friendly and super helpful, there have been plenty of days that I came in feeling kind of down and justwith their smile and genuine conversation I leave uplifted. Closes earlier than listed hours. 20-30 minutes early. I get it, they want to go home. I really do, I work hard too.. but I... don't lock customers out 30 minutes before close. I don't ignore them if they inquire. maybe pay them more than peanuts so thejob isn't such a negative experience. And for goodness sakes if you want to close 30 minutes earlier, change your hours andstop taking orders. Read more
