After about 6 months we decided to go again to Burger King store#12817. The last experience in the drive-thru was bad... this... time was worse. I thought this was considered fast food. We entered the drive-thru at 1:38pm after wait for someone to answerand finally placing out order we pulled forward. Now we wait again for the line and our food. When we got to the window it lookslike only 2 people working. We pay for our food and wait again. We received our food at 2:19 . This was horrible! I don't thinkwill ever be back. The receipt shows a reprint, maybe a way to get past the supper slow service to make numbers look better. Read more
Staff is incredibly rude. Will not return. Waiting at speaker for 10 minutes before pulling up to window, told the man in the... window that we hadn?t ordered yet because no one was answering the intercom, the man proceeded to snap at my husband that he was?busy? instead of simply asking us to hold on a minute. Cashier charged for 3 drinks, only ordered 2. Both the breakfast sandwiches were wrong. Ordered no cheese, both had cheese. Soda... machine was improperly working. Was only dispensing syrup. Floors wet and slippery. Men's toilets not flushing. Food was awful.Worst experience ever at Burger King. Read more
The floors have only been cleaned with water for years. Walking with a cain it flies out underneath you. Don't pick your feet up... or your going to be flying but grab hold of a chair death. They are covered in syrup for gripping. Read more
Burger King has always been one of my favorite burger joints but i think im done with them.Food was cold and my order was... screwed up as always i told the guy i wanted cheese on my whopper 2 times and guess what no cheese. Also a fast food restaurantshouldn't take 20 minutes to get your food. Read more
I do not eat much fast food but have to say this Burger King is clean,every time I have been in here. Love that you can get a... fast, cheap burger with all the toppings. I'm not too fond of their fries....but I am extremely picky when it comes to fries. Read more
It was pretty slow, but not awful. The cashier at the drive thru window was pleasant. The food was average. Nothing too exciting
