Quality of ice cream is good...not great. But the disorganization inside that takes 15-20 minutes to get through the drive-thru... line makes it not worth going. Nice kids working there....just not well managed. Read more
I hope the owner reads this review. :) Not only is the ice cream always the BEST... the experience is awesome. The staff is... young ( I bet for most its their first job.) but AMAZING. They are always smiling and laughing and they seem to LOVE beingthere. We have observed the owners shoulder to shoulder with the staff, smiling and working with them. That makes theexperience so much better to see how the staff is treated and respected. The staff is even better than the ice cream ( and theice cream is beyond AMAZING) Not only do we love the product, but we love how this business is ran. Their love of thebusiness and the staff shows on every visit. More business owners should be like the couple who own this franchise. So fivestars for the owners, 10 stars for the staff!! Read more

I've been a fan of the Bruster's franchises since I went for the first time about 10 years ago in Brandon. I was really excited... when the one on Bloomingdale opened. At first everything there was great. Unfortunately, I can't say the same now. The ownerused to be there often. Now, not so much. The cones are super thin and break easily, making it difficult to enjoy my ice cream.I hope they get back to the basics and bring back the quality products and service that kept me coming back.
