I am very disappointed. I called in for a personal pizza and picked it up. I got the wrong one. So I called. Savanna the lady I... assume was a manager told me she was sorry. She would refund us but we could not get a new pizza. They could not make at thistime. 5:15 pm you would think that since the mistake was yours that you would remake the pizza since you made the mistake andthe one I got also I was allergic to. I can?t eat mushrooms! I thought about it awhile and contacted pizza hut again and I gotmy pizza! The one thing that stood out was the the other staff stepped up and apologized and corrected the situation! I am notimpressed with this management because I do t like to be lied to. At 4:12pm today 8/17/22 I attempted to enter Pizza Hut on Laporte Ave in Valparaiso. A guy named Ronny(ie) I can?t remember the... spelling told me their dining room was closed said he had no employees because they are all quitters. Told me if I wanted betterservice to try the portage location. Pizza Hut really needs to train their employees on better customer service. I won?t be backagain. Read more
Pathetic customer service and incredibly slow. I was the only person in the store but I had to wait a few minutes for them to... come to the front to talk to me and then even longer to pick up my order that should have been ready over 10 minutes earlier. Read more
Had no problems, pulled up to the drive thru, no wait. Ordered big box dinner with the chicken Alfredo pasta. Got the Super... Supreme and pepperoni. I like the Supreme, it has always been one of my favorites. Read more
