I pulled into the drive through and was placing my order. I assume the person taking the order wasn?t in the mood to take a... large order so he began to ask me if I was just trying to order one of everything off the menu. So I asked what he meant and inan condescending tone he said yes you?re ordering a bunch of stuff like what are you doing. That is awful customer service, so Idrove away since my order was an inconvenience to a worker. It?s crazy to think that I expected him to do his job that he wasgetting paid to do. Read more
I don't know who they're gm is but these people won't take you order after 8:50 even tho they close at 9pm. I will be calling... corporate. Whoever is in closing shift today. Sunday needs to get fired. I'm the gm of a restaurant down the street and if Ifound out my employees decided to turn away money so they can go home early I'd definitely fire them. Also I forgot to add theday to hook the order of a couple who seems like they work there or they were friends with and have them in the dining room eventhough they lock the doors and weren't trying to take my order and it was before 9:00 p.m. Read more
Super slow service especially considering most of their meals are prepaid and scooped into a bowl. You can tell from how dietary... the windows always are how gross the rest of the restaurant is. I just went there and the person forgot about my Honey Bbq
I just came through the drive-through they said they?re talking and would not come to the window to take my order. The... drive-through thing says to go to the window the window on the side of the building says drive-through is only open. I go forthe third time through the drive-through and they?re still standing there talking that chick comes over to me and I asked hernicely if they were open and she goes what do you want in a rude tone. And horrible body language. I get my food and it was nothot or melted at all they had cold cheese just sprinkled on top and no gravy like I asked. I refuse to ever come here again. Itry to call corporate they told me they don?t have a corporate number I asked to talk to the boss they wanna know if I am a ladywho ordered tenders I said no I want to talk to your boss so then when I talk to them the lady did not care whatsoever for whatI had to say. Try telling me that my food was supposed to be cold. Place is a joke and I will never be coming here again thewhole staff needs to be fired on this shift. Read more
