So are the posted hours of operation just a suggestion then? Twice I?ve come well before close and the doors are locked even... though open sign is on. Cars in line at drive thru with employees walking back and forth at window not acknowledging/ takingorders. Ridiculous. Again, this was well before closing time that was posted and open sign is lit. I tried the bacon and cheese omelette bites. They were good the texture was just different. But I would eat them again. I got my... granddaughter some of the mini pancakes and they were dry and hard as a rock. So those I will not get again. The store wasclean. Everyone was friendly. So much better than the Dunkin on Broadway in crown point. Whenever I get an iced coffee withcream at the one in crown point the cream always taste funny but the one here in valpo on 30 is so much better. Read more
this dunkin is inconsistent sometimes my items are made well and sometimes they're really poorly made. they mess up whether... it's ice or hot. today I ordered 2 ice cream items and 2 did items and 1 drink item. I asked for a bag and the guy got anattitude. I ordered a hot Machiato they made an ice one I said hey that was suppose to be hot they remade it great! I get downthe street and it tastes awful.. it's not like this all the time which is frustrating. Read more
Horrible customer service. I ordered $30 worth of food and asked for extra bacon on my avacado toast. I got the toast and it had... like 10 CRUMBS of bacon on it. Not even enough to look like the advertised picture. I asked if I could please have more since Iasked for extra bacon. The managers response was ?you weren?t charged for extra bacon? I told her that wasn?t even standard andshe argued that it was. Her attitude was terrible so I asked for a full refund. Sad to see people arguing with customers. I goto Dunkin? almost every day. I?ll never be back there again. You lost a faithful customer over crumbs. I believe her name wasMadison. That?s what was on the refund receipt. I hope they find better management. Used to go to one on calumet in valpo but it has gone way downhill. We decided to go to the one off 30 by subway because the... staff on calumet was rude and the food and drinks are awful. So the one on 30 is our new fave place. No problems and veryfriendly. Even remembers our drink order when we walk in. Read more
