After waiting almost 15 minutes to get a bagel, and watching at least a dozen cars get their orders through the drive-through, I... finally asked for a refund on my one single bagel with cream cheese and left. I'm sorry to say, this happens continuously, you go through drive-thru and then you get your coffee and the coffee is about an... inch or two from the top. They are saving a penny but ripping off the customer for the quantity. Read more

Ordered the new Tomato Pesto Grilled cheese on the Dunkin Donuts app. So I picked up the order and came back to work only to... find the grill cheese is not a grilled cheese. It was just plain bread with pesto, tomato and cheese in it. Super disappointed.At first, I thought I will just try it, but honestly it looked so horrible that I couldn't even try taking a bite for the sakeof it. Decided to go back I'm my work hours, and the manager looks at the order ticket on the box and says yeah that's what youordered online thats what we made. I asked her to look again and confirm if this is how a grilled cheese looks like. She sighedand ordered "can you put another one?' She wants the grilled cheese darker." And she gave me the worst look. I was so put offwith her attitude that i didn't want my sandwich anymore and just asked for a refund. And of course they don't do refund fororders made through the app online. Pretty shocking! But honestly More than anything It was the super snooty unapologeticattitude of the manager that made me more upset than the meal. I am only giving 2 stars because of the understanding of theother younger girls who cared enough to say that they will make it well this time. Trust me, it wasn't great the second timeeither, but the girl TRIED to correct it and cared, so I still had my sandwich (Half of it). But I would totally avoid goingthere next time, and definitely not for a Grilled cheese or some 'Why are you here, And I don't care' attitude. It?s great how early this Dunkin? opens, with very few choices to get something to eat this hour of the day in Valparaiso. Very... fresh food and donuts. There is also Baskin Robins ice cream placed seamlessly along side in the shop. Read more
I'm not sure what's going on at this location but the last 3 times I ordered coffee online I've had to wait awhile. This visit... today I waited 15 minutes for a large coffee. As I'm standing there the guy looks at me and says 'maybe somebody grabbed it' andhe laughed. Well it was sitting on the other side of the counter. I don't think anyone monitors the mobile orders. There were nocars in the drive thru, it wasn't busy. They need to better monitor their mobile orders. Read more
