Ordered a whopper and a cheeseburger, both of them were done with the wrong condiments. And I repeated the order twice. So you... would think it should have been right. I also asked for extra ketchup, and was told their out of ketchup. That would be likegoing to subway and being told their out of bread. This burger king needs a completely new staff. More laid back than some fast-food restaurants, but I appreciate that. Food is always what you expect, consistent and good,... mistakes are minimal (and they correct them happily), staff is friendly. No complaints! Read more
Things seem to be changing to the point I wonder if BK is going to close. The food is, well, ok as fast food goes. But inside... dining has changed. There is no ketchup dispenser, and no napkin dispenser. I went once when I said I'd eat inside and was givena bag with my order. The drive through seemed busy, so maybe they're just moving to a drive through only model. Just odd. Read more
Quite possibly the worst Burger King out there. Flies, dysfunctional team, long waits?I actually waited and got a refund before... my order was even started. Sad to see this place in such disarray as we used to come here all the time in High school. Back intown for the day and encounter this. I got the Big fish and when I got home to my surprise It was 50% bigger than White Castle burger... Thin patty had to add my own... sauce for $5 I wanted to cry! Fries still ok Read more
One of the best things about this Burger King is that they serve lunch all day, even in the morning. Although only drive-through... right now, I?m sure with time dine-in will reopen. It is in a great location. The staff is super friendly and they have a goodvariety of food. Read more
Great branch of Burger King! Served promptly by friendly staff and the store was clean. Tried the Impossible Whopper and was... immensely impressed. Almost like the real thing except slightly drier than a normal whopper. Read more
This is Burger King on Calumet Avenue in Valparaiso Indiana. Terrible service, bad food. Waited 25 minutes in drive thru only to... get the wrong food and drinks. No special order, straight off the menu. Do not go there! Read more
