My family and I got shakes about 8pm on a Thursday evening. The employees were less than enthusiastic about our patronage, were... openly digging through the garbage as we patiently waited over five minutes without being acknowledged at the window, and thegave us the wrong size shake after confirming the size just a minute before. Also the shakes were pretty expensive... It wasn'ta bad experience, nor was it good. It just felt something like knocking on a strangers door to use their restroom in anemergency... we got what we wanted but not without a few uncomfortable moments. I had a very good experience with this Baskin-Robbins Dunkin Donuts. I placed an online order for a cake for my daughter's... birthday today and put in the wrong date to pick it up. When I got there I had no cake ready to be picked up. They told me topick out a cake that was premade and they would decorate the top for me. This was a mistake that I made and Baskin Robbins wasvery understanding about it. I will recommend this one to everyone!! They are the best!!! Read more
Most of these modern day Baskin Robbins have very limited ice cream flavors. They have one or two new flavors "here and there",... but not like the days when I was a youngster. I have been all over the place looking for Quarterback Crunch Ice Cream which hasalway been available during football season.???????? Read more

Had a horrible experience. While ordering for my self my wife and my children, i was constantly cut off by the window server... asking "is that it?". Then after waiting for 15 minutes at the window and watching them walk around joking on their headsets,they asked me to park, which i did. Another 5 minutes went by where 2 more cars in the drive through were served. Theemployees were still joking around with each other and a "visitor" was inside with them talking and joking. When my wife wentinside to see what was taking so long, one of the employees said "heres that lady" on the headset and they all started laughing. At that time she requested a refund at which time the employee shrugged, smiled at her and said "okay!" Poor management! Zerocustomer service. I understand that it takes time to make a large order but to be the butt of some inside joke is unacceptable. I will take my business and my money elsewhere... Read more
The young girl who waited on us didn't seem to know how to make a banana split or even just a regular 2 scoop sundae. On the... banana split she left off the whipped cream, nuts and cherry. She was trying to jam a 2 scoop sundae in a tiny cup. Very"painful" to watch. Read more
