Local business that caters to readers of all ages. Employees are as helpful as librarians. And $8.00 CD's for music lovers.

Ordered on line books for school, took the money from my bank before they were shipped. Ordered way before needed to for class.... Still did not receive a, week before class . So ordered from Amazon received next day for cheaper no shipping cost. Called tocancel order but they said was to late. Waited for items to arrive never opened packages, I brought them back to store theyopened them, then they proceeded to tell me they couldn't refund me because there was no shipping slip for order. Continued totell me that I would get a check or refunded after it gets shipped back to warehouse. Without a receipt that I had returned themthere. I am beyond furious right now. So she gave me a return shipping slip for them. How do I know it is for then both? I callcustomer service they continue to say that the store is different from the warehouse and I also do not get my shipping fee back.I will not get my money back until they get it back. So at the store they can hold on to it for God knows how long. Are youkidding me right now. Read more

Every time I've been in here everyone has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The most recent time my daughter was paying... for something in cash and was a little unsure, so the cashier took the time to help her think through it and then also figureand count her change. I really appreciated how patient she was. It absolutely made my day! Read more

Clean bookstore, extremely helpful staff. I am vision impaired and wanting to try reading paperback again with a magnifying... glass and the man at the register found me a lovely bookmark magnifying glass. The cafe is what you expect if you likeStarbucks but the barista was super friendly and made some recommendations that were absolutely delicious. The help desk calledfor a second attendant when I rolled up in my wheelchair ready to help me immediately. The bookstore is extremely accessiblefor wheelchair users with nothing blocking the aisles.
