Hii there?..today I was there to buy ice coffee and I didn?t ask for sugar to add on but the girl who was there named Ayushi... might be she misunderstood and gave us with sugar. It?s ok sometimes it?s busy it happens but she was too rude with us and shedon?t know how to deal with customers. When we ask for another coffee she said it is without sugar but unfortunately that wasagain with lots of sugar in it. Worse customer service they work so slow always waiting 15 minutes and after waiting u order stuff always they make wrong today... sometimes i order steeped tea and they give me dark roast cofee today i order chai tea latte again mess its all milk no flavourat all chai teas are not like these i am a truck driver we habe have limited time cant come back to change u guys need to shutdown this location worse worse experience Read more
Very busy All the Tim's places need more workers to work the tills , so others can fill the orders more quickly and keep people... more content with waiting in long lineups inside and in the throughout drivethrus . Just a thought . Read more
Went through drive through and asked for small black coffee. Got to window and staff handed over coffee and said it was free. We... took the coffee and in the 30 seconds we took to put it somewhere safe before driving away another staff member waved his arm atus and said hurry up move on, we?re on a schedule?even tho no one behind us. I would like to share a pic of the garbage I was served. Suffice to say it's an absolute disgrace. The focal ingredient (crispy... onion bits) looked like it was puked up on the bun by a senile dog. Looked half digested and there was absolutely less than halfthe amount that should have been there which was placed, at best, across half the bun. Tim Hortons is bad in general, but thislocation might very well have rounded up vagrants camping in the woods and forced employed them for all the skill and knowledgethey have. I was at this place June 5th 2022 between 8 or 9 pm The drive through was lined up with about 10 vehicles so I went inside... figuring it would be faster. I stood there for a few minutes and was not acknowledged that I was there. Another customer came inand I said that I had been waiting for a bit already. We both stood there waiting to be served and one worker made eye contactbut still ignored us. The customer behind me yelled ? Guess you don?t want our business ? and he left. I then yelled does anyonework here. That is when a guy finally came over to serve me. I told him he lost a customer that was behind me already and Isaid I was not impressed with this place. The guy said the other workers were new and I said that is no excuse to have allworkers catering to the drive through window and ignore the customers inside at the counter. Been coming here for years and just recently they?ve stopped caring all together. Every time I come here lately they either mess... up what I order completely or forget things. Now I?m given a destroyed wrap? Lost my business that?s forsure. Not to mentionhalf the staff there are very rude. Read more
