Didn?t get our drinks except the 1 pepsi, food was cold, my burger still had tomato after i informed staff off a nightshade... allergy(meaning i can?t eat tomatoes) my sister?s blizzard was quite literally full of cat hair, and we were not given ourreceipt after asking 3 times. Seriously they gave us kids ice crea before the food. Then the employee was stunned and gave us a blank look when I asked her... what I?m supposed to do with these. She looked at me like I was dumb. I told her we didn?t want the ice cream before our foodand again she looked at me like I was dumb. Then I asked if I can put them in the cake cooler until they are ready to be eatenand she got very flustered and said I could not go there, no chance no way. Very busy Sunday afternoon, both the drive thru and inside were lined up but the lady working the counter (by herself) was doing... a fabulous job. She was juggling 5 different things at a time and seamlessly. She even apologized for what I would say was not avery long and quite reasonable wait. Give that girl a raise! The young guy with short dark... hair who was the cashier was a huge help and an exceptional human being, extremely friendly and understanding of what customerservice is, definitely deserves some recognition.
