Very stingy with sandwich ingredients
Just want to let any customers know in advance that this place may close earlier then what is posted on their app and the front... door. I went to go pick up my order that I placed on the Subway app. My order said it would be ready by 6:35p. I arrived at6:40 and the lights were off and the door was locked. They closed early. The app said this location closes at 7:00pm. Howeverthe front door says they are open until 10:00 on Saturdays, which was what day it was. There was not even a notice on the frontdoor or window stating why they were not open. As of now I?m waiting for a refund. Next time there needs to be bettercommunication between the location itself and the app in the event of an unexpected early closure like this. I live up thestreet from this location and drive by it all the time. I live nearby and there have been a few times I?ve been stopped at thered light and while there is still daylight out the place looks like it?s already closed since the lights are turned off. First and last time here. Walked into a customer getting their salad remade. I had coupon for sandwich employee was playing... games with me that the coupon is for only the new ultimate sandwiches but coupon clearly said exulding I had to explain thatwords detention then she called her manger. They Spoke in Spanish so I wouldn?t understand. Ended up getting the sandhwich for5.99 rather for the price the coupon stated and when I reached out for the receipt she took it and hid it behind keyboard andsaid have a good night. Went to Subway at 9:38 in Whitsett, NC on Saturday February 2nd and 2 workers were there but they had the door locked. The... store is supposed to be open until 10pm. Bad business! Won?t be coming back! Read more
So... I just finished a month long streak of eating here almost every night. I lazily fell into a pattern where I could get a... 6-inch tuna or turkey toasted for 4.99. Initially the sandwiches were laughably inadequate with hardly any toppings. (a coupleof strings of onion or bell pepper, etc.) With a little repeat customer cache, a respectful demeanor, gentle coaxing, and anoccasional tip, I was able to get to where they'd make a sandwich that looked like more than just a minimalistic corporateripoff. Until today. A young female I'd not ordered from before languidly put together my sandwich. Then she tacked on .50 morethan every other time I've ordered in the last month. She said the extra charge was for the 13 second toasting job. Told her Inever saw that charge before. She said I could take it up with the manager who wasn't in at the time. I don't think so. I won'tbe back. I'm sure she and her coworker will enjoy the sandwich she'd made me. Subway used to be a place where the sandwichmakers would want you to be happy with your order. The chain has run into hard times. So, they've gotten super cheap. Customerspick up on that and feel insulted. My guess is the chain is on a downward spiral and won't be around much longer. Read more
Worst service ever. Which ever male you have working today march 6th 5pm 2018 should be fired. Refused my directions and made... the sandwich he wanted. I don't know where this is acceptable. It honestly hurts my point of view on the place because the ladyyesterday was amazing. Read more
I remember when this location was my local frozen yogurt shop, then it was my local mailbox place, then it stood vacant for... months and months... my wife and I were praying for a Subway to pop up here magically... and POOF! The darn thing showed up ayear or so ago.... we have been eating hear twice a week minimum since it opened. The staff knows us by name, my son, my dad, weall love this place. Thanks for making us great sammiches and Saturday morning pre soccer egg sammiches for the field. Love thisplace. Read more
After being a loyal customer of 3 years to this location I will no longer be supporting it. How are you not going to post any... signs or make reference to the fact that you are not going to except any coupons!? How are you going to wait until you makethem all and ring up a multi sub order before you tell a customer that that they no longer except SUBWAY coupons!?? I shouldhave left them with all the sandwiches and walked out. Instead I will chose to not give them our business anymore. I hope theloss of 2 loyal customers that would patron this location weekly was worth your lack of customer service to 2 loyal customers.The subway franchise off of Fulton Ave is just as close.
