Placed and order an hour before the place closed and it was instantly canceled. This was for pickup. Not delivery or anything... fancy. Terrible service. Manager here is very rude. Read more

If you don?t like your job, please quit. Don?t be upset at the customers and be rude to them because you made the wrong career... choice. Carelessness and disregard for the customer has no place in the service industry. To wait 15min on hold(I waited onhold just to see how long it will be) just to be discounted and hung up on by the person working there because they hate beingthere. Ordered GLUTEN FREE PIZZA last night for first time in 9 years. When it was delivered it was super thick crust! I have celiac... disease, and can't even touch this stuff, so I called the driver RIGHT BACK, AND THE VALLEY VILLAGE STORE, AND THE VAN NUYS totell them please come back ,and take especially because I'm staying at an Airbnb, and they KEPT HANGING UP ON ME! SAYING TOOBAD! I called my bank to stop payment, and they said I had to call merchant AGAIN in the morning...as it was now almost 12am .
